We introduce you to Leire Orueta, Jone Guarrotxena, Garazi Ruiz, Janire Flores, María Delgado, Julia Subiza, students of the Fine Arts School at the Basque University UPV/EHU, who will represent by “graphic recording”, panellists participating in “Gastronomy and Sustainable development” conference. This exercise is organized in the framework of the agreement signed between the above-mentioned university and Basque Know How Fundazioa.
Xanti Ugarte, student of the Master on Contemporary, Technologic, and performative Art, at the Basque University UPV/EHU, has created the videos, which can be seen in this section and during the conference; he will record and take pictures of the event. He will also participate in the artistic installation made out of multipurpose materials provided by the sponsors.
